Local actors from the city of Cáceres and the town of Sierra de Fuentes committed to mitigating global warming have participated in this activity.

Throughout the months in which the activity has been carried out, a plural participation has been energized that has involved citizens in an experience focused on building more sustainable communities. Through continuous awareness of the importance of an alternative organic waste management to the one that is currently carried out, individuals and groups have committed to separating the treated organic matter in their homes and businesses until they obtain a compost and vermicompost of quality.
